Our products are handcrafted from lightly washed organic linen and cotton fabrics, woven in Java by local women who are respected and paid a fair wage. Our goal is to help and support the local community and everyone who touches these garments. The process of making these items takes time and effort as the items are washed twice after they are made. Only in this way is the extra softness and natural wrinkling of the fabric achieved.
We pay special attention to hand-spun and hand-woven fabrics, supporting age-old skills and traditional craftsmanship.
We strive to delve deeper into the provenance of all materials – from the seeds sown to the human weaving process. Our vision is to be able to connect at the source with everyone involved in making it.

We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should contact us at ntgtextile@gmail.com immediately once you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 10% cancellation fee. We will not accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.

Return/Exchange Policy
- Returns must be received in new condition, unused, unworn, unwashed. Otherwise, returns will be subject to refusal.
- The return package must contain all the contents of the original package except for fabric samples if the entire order is returned for a refund.
- Return shipping fees are at customer's own expense.
- We do not accept returned package without notifying us upfront.
- We do not accept packages returned using COD service.
