Care: I always recommend hand washing or spot cleaning handmade garments as often as possible.
If you choose to machine wash, end up washing on a gentle cycle with cold water and always hang/air dry. I pre-wash all my fabrics, but air drying reduces the chance of any additional shrinkage. Fabrics made from natural fibers will fade and wear over time, giving them a worn appeal (though hand washing in cold water and air drying will help keep colors vibrant and looking their best). Linen wrinkles naturally, so feel free to iron or steam it (or not!) if you like.

We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should contact us at info@ntgtextile.com immediately once you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 10% cancellation fee. We will not accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.

- Returns must be received in new condition, unused, unworn, unwashed. Otherwise, returns will be subject to refusal.
- The return package must contain all the contents of the original package except for fabric samples if the entire order is returned for a refund.
