    Order Cancellation

    We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should contact us at ntgtextile@gmail.com immediately once you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 10% cancellation fee. We will not accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.

    We gladly accept the return/exchange within 30 days of receipt if you are not quite pleased with the items you received. However, please make sure items in new condition.
    Simply drop us an email or note before return/exchange, we will try our best to meet your request.

    Return/Exchange Policy

    1. Returns must be received in new condition, unused, unworn, unwashed. Otherwise, returns will be subject to refusal.
    2. The return package must contain all the contents of the original package except for fabric samples if the entire order is returned for a refund.
    3. Return shipping fees are at customer's own expense.
    4. We do not accept returned package without notifying us upfront.
    5. We do not accept packages returned using COD service.
